Two Vehicle Crash

A two-vehicle crash on Highway 29 south of Parkers Prairie sent a 33-year-old woman to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities report. The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 29 and 119th Street when a 2007 Ford Escape, driven by Shaneece Scott Holland of Alexandria, MN, was stopped on the southbound shoulder attempting a left turn across the highway. A 2010 Nissan Murano, driven by 62-year-old David Lloyd George of Eagle Bend, MN, was traveling southbound when the vehicles collided. Holland was taken to Alomere Health for treatment. George was not injured in the crash. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and no alcohol was involved. The roadway was dry at the time of the crash. Emergency crews from the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, Parkers Prairie Ambulance, and Fire Department responded. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
