On Sunday night at 8:43 PM June 14th, 2026, the Todd County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a tractor roll over in rural Sauk Centre (Kandota Township). The reporting party said a male was pinned under the tractor and was unresponsive. Deputies responded and observed a off duty nurse providing CPR to the victim. Despite life saving measures, the victim was pronounced deceased on scene. The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the Sauk Centre Fire Department, Sauk Centre Ambulance, Minnesota State Patrol, Life Link III, and Petries Towing.
